HOW IT WORKS

Leave it to Sage Hill Rentals

WISHLIST

Get inspired and complete a wishlist and contact form with your desired items, quantities, event date, and any additional event details you'd like to share with us.

PROPOSAL

Your proposal will include a draft invoice and contract for review.  The proposal is valid for 1 week and will expire thereafter.  Items are subject to availability.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure rentals items and event date.  A 15% service fee is applied to all orders.

BOOKING CONFIRMED

Once the contract is signed, the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, and the event questionnaire is complete - your event is booked and ready!

EVENT PREPARATION 

We will work with you up to your event date and will coordinate rental pick up or delivery logistics three weeks in advance of the event.  Your final invoice is due the week before the event.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS

DELIVERY SERVICES

Delivery services are available to clients renting $1,000 or more within a 25 mile radius of central Ohio.  Orders outside of the 25 mile radius must be a minimum of $1,750. 

The delivery fee is 20% of the order total AFTER the minimum spend amount noted above.  Delivery services include delivery, setup, teardown, and pick up of all Sage Hill Rental items.

PICK UP SERVICES

Pick up services allows you to pick your rentals up as early as the Wednesday before the event and drop off as late as the Tuesday after the event.

Sage Hill Rentals is located in Dublin, Ohio.  Rentals will be broken down and Sage Hill Representatives will assist you in vehicle packing and pick up.
