Browse our inventory pages and determined what items you would like to rent and the quantity of each item. All pricing, sizing, and quantities available are included on each of our inventory pages. You must spend a minimum of $300 to rent through Sage Hill Rentals.
Once you've completed the above, please complete a "Contact" form with the details of your rental interest and the date you'd like to rent the items. Please include if you are interested in delivery or pickup.
Based on availability of date and rental items, a contract will be emailed to you, with an invoice, which includes the 50% non-refundable security deposit. Please complete the contract and pay the invoice to lock in your date and rental items. A 15% service fee is applied to all rental orders to cover the cost of secure transactions, product development, product quality evaluation, and customer service. Additionally, the service fee covers normal wear and tear of rentals, but does not cover lost rentals or gross negligence.
Sage Hill will coordinate with you two weeks prior to your event and provide all applicable details. The final invoice payment is due a week before your event.
Pickup is located in Dublin, OH. Depending on the items rented, renter may be advised to pick up items with a truck or SUV and have multiple individuals present. You MUST spend a minimum of $300 to rent through Sage Hill Rentals.
Sage Hill accommodates pickup and drop off times throughout the week BEFORE your event & a few days AFTER your event. Typically the Wednesday before your event and the Tuesday after your event.

Delivery + Setup + Teardown + Pickup
The Delivery option is available to renters whose event is within a 25 mile radius of our office in Dublin, OH and is subject to availability. Sage Hill Rentals cannot accommodate delivery for orders under $750. If your event location is outside of the 25 mile radius of our office in Dublin, OH, you must spend a minimum of $1000 to qualify for the delivery option.
The delivery fee is 20% of the total rental amount. This will include delivery, setup of items rented from Sage Hill, teardown of all Sage Hill items, and pickup at the end of the event. Sage Hill Rentals is not responsible for setup of additional decor items, unless specified in your contract for an additional fee. Sage Hill Rentals will send two dedicated individuals to your event to ensure setup and pickup is completed efficiently and effectively. We will work with you and the venue to determine setup and tear down times two weeks before the event date.
